Healthy Weekday Meal Ideas

I love cooking, but when deciding what to bring for work lunches, it becomes a task. Every Sunday I set aside a couple of hours to prepare less time-consuming lunches. Not only do you save money by doing this, but you ensure you’re making healthy decisions throughout the week and have healthy go-to snacks to grab when hungry. As they say, “it’s all in the planning.” Below are a few recent healthy lunches and snacks I’ve been taking to work this week. I hope they give you some ideas and inspirations for your week day meals!
